I have been here MFWI for about three months. I think I have been able to experience many magnificent things at MFWI. Through these splendid experiences, I have been soaking up a lot of precious things and have realized significant things since I came here. I want to mention the two experiences which especially have made me mature.
First, I want to talk about my fabulous classes. I felt both anxiety and excitement when I attended the very first class at MFWI. My concern was whether or not I could adjust to my classmates and the level of my class. On the other hand, my agitation was encountering with new mates and teachers. To tell the truth, after taking the very first class, I had no confidence in my ability to catch up with the level of other students, however, thanks to the encouragement of my mates and my teachers, I could do my best. In my classes, all my mates have been so active and they also have a high motivation. By taking classes with them, I am always inspired, and also I have learned how important it is to say my own opinion in the classes. Recently, it has become possible to say my opinion at length during the classes. I am very glad to take the classes with my mates and my teachers. They changed my mind about studying English.
Second, I have realized the magnitude of the importance of my family. When I was in Japan, I always relied on them so much. My mother always made nice meals and washed my clothes for me everyday. My father always worked very hard for my whole family. My brother always made me laugh. I didn't recognize those things well until I came here, but now, I have realized that I was very supported by my family. I feel I shouldn't take it for granted that I could study abroad, so when I go back to Japan, I want to say "thank you" to them immediately. I came to realize the preciousness of my family again.
As I mentioned, through those marvelous experiences, I could learn a lot of things that I couldn't learn in Japan. In these remaining weeks, I want to learn as much as I can.
